About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create value through meaningful client interactions, data analysis and insights, and active participation in the collaboratives
Contribute to practice development activities that grow and strengthen the Women’s and Children’s Collaboratives
Collaborate and support delivery of forums for sharing best practices
Provide input to collaborative site assessments, member meetings, educational sessions, and use of Premier platforms
Obtain data, execute/direct/oversee analyses, interpret findings, draw conclusions, and prepare verbal and graphic presentations
Perform quality assurance on assigned collaborative deliverables
Contribute content and share best practices with members
Determine member needs through discussions and analytical tools
Summarize analytical findings and draft recommendations and potential solutions for collaborative leadership review
Execute project plans in accordance with collaborative contracts and member satisfaction
Develop presentations and deliverables communicating areas for improvement and outcomes
Participate in project management activities, risk and issue identification, and mitigation
Learn Premier-based technologies and services
Identify market opportunities, communicate potential leads, contribute to thought leadership, and identify profitability improvements
Complete all required annual training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Registered Nurse (RN) or clinician
4 or more years of applicable experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Registered Nurse (RN) with Perinatal Experience Required
Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences
Ability to conduct analyses and oversee and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables
Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner
Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes
Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black belt
Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing visualizations and presentations to support data-driven recommendations
Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis
Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving skills
Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support or operations), Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics
Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Operate computer programs and software
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
Travel 61-80% within the US
