About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze Product Marketing data and KPIs, transforming information into insights and recommendations to support portfolio management, performance, and health
  • Develop, update, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel
  • Consolidate, clean, and integrate data from different sources, structuring databases and models to monitor the department’s KPIs
  • Update and analyze portfolio performance reports, identifying trends, deviations, opportunities, and areas requiring attention by SKU, brand, category, and period
  • Maintain and enhance BI dashboards
  • Monitor the performance of product launches and prepare analyses on product mix, opportunities, and portfolio fit
  • Develop measures, KPIs, and comparative analyses, documenting definitions, calculation criteria, and information sources
  • Automate data-processing routines and report updates
  • Prepare and present monthly portfolio results to the Product Marketing team
  • Support the tracking of free samples through analyses of demand, invoicing, inventory, and expiration dates
  • Document processes and organize databases, files, and reports to ensure traceability and continuity of routine activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields
  • Previous experience in consumer goods and/or retail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • DAX, Power Query, data modeling, Qlik, SQL, and technical English for reading documentation and materials related to data tools are considered a plus
  • Availability to work on-site in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, SP
  • Reside in São Paulo, SP
