Key responsibilities & impact

Own the operational delivery of tutor-facing programs and projects end to end
Plan and run tutor conferences and webinar series, including sourcing speakers, coordinating logistics, and tracking outcomes
Drive new engagement projects from ideation through delivery
Manage the operational side of community activities such as contests, awards, and story collections
Support the Academy LMS migration by coordinating content migration, reviewing content, and building an AI workflow
Run focus groups, light research, and data analysis to improve tutor experience
Establish a reporting cadence to track program performance
Improve tutor engagement, sentiment, trust, and feedback across community, learning, and product-launch programs
Report directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Engagement and work within a six-person team

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience planning and running complex events or programs that reached thousands of people
5+ years of experience is a reference point
Experience working with real stakeholders and dependencies
Ability to execute an existing plan precisely and take full ownership of unplanned projects
Ability to build working trust with new teams without formal authority
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong analytical skills, including research, focus groups, and data analysis
Strong written and spoken communication skills, with sharp judgment on tone
Ability to build AI systems and workflows that replace repetitive manual work
Strong user empathy
Familiarity with a learning management system such as Docebo, 360Learning, or Thinkific
Experience in professional development or marketplace environments
Experience in content creation, learning content, and content operations
