About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the product side of the fintech/payments squad
- Understand compliance requirements, assess priorities, and own roadmap, planning, and execution
- Ensure compliance obligations are met while protecting user experience and business performance
- Lead planning, team ceremonies, and delivery tracking
- Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and decisions to leadership
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and dependencies for successful initiative launches
- Define long-term product vision and strategy
- Shape solutions, drive execution, launch products, and measure customer and business impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- Substantial experience in product management, preferably in payments-industry product development or related roles
- Hands-on leadership experience driving results through direct product development and end-to-end execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to influence stakeholders across job functions
- Experience building products in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
- Ability to support multiple initiatives at different phases of development
- Strong eye for design and desire to create lovable experiences
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset
