About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Co-create product vision and strategy with Product and Engineering
- Shape priorities, opportunities, and product direction through a strong design perspective
- Own complex, high-impact, and greenfield challenges end-to-end
- Define vision and direction through to the shipped product experience
- Create bold, differentiating experiences with exceptional interaction and visual craft
- Explore alternatives, identify overlooked details, and push beyond obvious solutions
- Coach and mentor designers
- Influence teams beyond the immediate area

Requirements
What you’ll need- Staff, Lead, or equivalent experience in a mature product design organisation
- Experience working on consumer-facing, mobile-first products at scale
- Track record of shaping product vision and strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering
- Exceptional interaction and visual craft
- Strong product judgment and a clear point of view
- Experimental mindset
- Experience coaching other designers, raising the craft bar, and influencing how teams work
- Intentional approach to AI in design practice
- Ability to judge where AI adds value, where it introduces noise, and the quality of AI output
- Currently based in, or open to relocating to, Barcelona, Kyiv, or London
- Online portfolio
