About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design and execution of projects addressing clients’ strategic business questions
  • Ensure analyses, deliverables and insights meet quality and client-satisfaction standards
  • Contribute to account planning and identify opportunities to add value
  • Maintain strong working relationships with client contacts
  • Contribute to proposal development, background research and scoping discussions
  • Manage discrete workstreams and day-to-day project activities
  • Conduct research, evidence collection, data analysis and synthesis of insights
  • Interact directly with clients
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate findings
  • Collaborate with project leadership to deliver best-in-class service
  • Provide therapeutic, clinical and commercial subject-matter expertise across CVRM, R&I and/or infectious disease
  • Share emerging insights and support Analysts in understanding scientific and commercial concepts
  • Attend relevant medical congresses to gather insights and synthesize learnings
  • Support junior team members and provide guidance on analytical approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant experience within the biopharmaceutical consulting, healthcare strategy or related client-services environment; CI experience is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in cardiovascular, renal and metabolism (CVRM), respiratory and immunology (R&I), or infectious disease
  • Understanding of disease areas, standard of care, key competitors and pipeline dynamics
  • Solid foundational knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, especially clinical development, regulatory pathways and the commercial landscape within CVRM, R&I and/or infectious disease
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Strong learning agility
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms
  • Ability to give and receive feedback
  • BA/BS required
  • Advanced life science degree preferred
  • Solid understanding of the evolving US biopharmaceutical landscape and key market trends
