About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process project-based scopes and service requests received by email
  • Serve as the single point of contact for engineering scopes and service requests
  • Assemble appropriate engineering teams based on skillset, scheduled meetings, and project timelines
  • Ensure projects start in a timely manner
  • Monitor engineering schedules to maximize utilization
  • Communicate internally with engineering managers, account managers, and project managers
  • Add, cancel, or modify engineer schedules
  • Resolve appointment conflicts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 4+ years’ experience working in a professional/corporate/office environment
  • 4+ years of customer experience
  • Experience/understanding of technology projects and scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience/understanding of Certinia is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve problems and think quickly
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Dependable and personable with strong customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship skills
