About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support assigned Power Automate workflows, including testing, documentation, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Support testing, documentation, deployment, and adoption of Copilot and AI Builder solutions
  • Partner with regional teams, IT, Salesforce administrators, and operations on defined projects
  • Ensure required system fields, shared mailboxes, and integrations are in place
  • Identify and recommend improvements within assigned workflows
  • Support global operations and automation initiatives at Presidio, a provider of AI, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, digital transformation, and managed IT solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work abnormal hours as required to support the organization's global needs
  • Nonlinear, critical thinking skills when reviewing current operational flows and identifying items to be automated
  • Team player and collaborator with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with VAT and other global taxes, tariffs, and duties
  • Knowledge of international logistics and IT sourcing
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Supply Chain, or International focus preferred) or equivalent work and/or military experience
  • 3–5+ years' work experience, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Copilot, AI Builder, and Salesforce is preferred
  • Flexibility to support global business hours
  • Occasional travel
