About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Presidio’s corporate social strategy, editorial direction, and performance across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Build and maintain the social content calendar across campaigns, events, partner moments, recruiting content, and real-time opportunities
- Build and scale Presidio’s employee advocacy program, including operating model, enrollment, content supply, reporting, recruitment, onboarding, and participation campaigns
- Supply advocates with share-ready content, playbooks, coaching, stories, and subject matter expertise
- Manage publishing, scheduling, listening, approvals, and reporting in Sprout Social
- Write, shoot, edit, and produce native social content including copy, short-form video, graphics, carousels, and event/customer-site video
- Manage communities, including comments, direct messages, mentions, response playbooks, escalation paths, and engagement
- Plan, build, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and emerging platforms
- Manage paid social budgets, audience and account targeting, creative, bid strategy, budget pacing, testing, and performance
- Report on target-account engagement, ICP audience growth, advocacy adoption, earned reach, and social-influenced pipeline
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Corporate Communications and Brand, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Partner Marketing
- Coordinate co-branded campaigns with AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, and other partners
- Monitor platform and algorithm changes, format shifts, AI advancements, and industry conversations across AI Platforms, Security, Lifecycle, and Networking
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ownership of corporate branded social channels end to end, including strategy, calendar, content production, publishing, community, and reporting
- Native fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Genuine algorithm literacy on LinkedIn covering format performance, cadence, distribution mechanics, and visibility in agentic AI
- Hands-on experience with Sprout Social or equivalent platforms such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Later
- Hands-on paid social experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager, including campaign build, audience and retargeting setup, budget management, creative testing, and pipeline performance reporting
- Experience with a dedicated advocacy platform such as EveryoneSocial, Hootsuite Amplify, Firstup, or Sprout’s advocacy module
- Hands-on short-form video production, including mobile scripting, shooting, and editing with fast turnaround
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, and video or podcast production beyond social formats
- Data literacy across target-account engagement, ICP audience quality, earned reach, and pipeline influence
- Strong project management skills and sound judgment on brand, legal, and political sensitivity
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 4–7 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Hands-on ownership of corporate brand social channels, paid social campaign management, and employee advocacy or employee-generated content programs
- Portfolio or channel examples required
- Travel availability of 25–35%
