About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain AI workflows with Claude Code to reduce repetitive finance, supply chain, and admin work
Own inventory and stock planning, manufacturer orders, warehouse coordination, and shipment tracking
Lead finance operations, including reconciliations, profit reports, invoice checks, payments, and cash flow
Manage compliance and renewals, keeping certificates, registrations, and insurance up to date
Run operational reports, verify automated outputs, and act on issues early
Handle daily operations and administration, including order issues, software subscriptions, Shopify updates, and records
Lead the operations and finance team, set priorities, check results, and work alongside them
Document processes and measure time savings, improving accuracy and reducing manual work

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in operations, finance operations, or ecommerce
Strong systems thinking
Practical, daily AI use
Demonstrable automation or workflow improvement experience
Strong Google Sheets skills, including reconciling data across multiple sources
Confidence learning technical tools, including Claude Code, APIs, and unfamiliar formulas
Strong ownership and attention to detail
Clear English communication
Comfort leading a small team while staying involved in daily execution
Full-time availability: 48 hours per week
At least 6 hours of overlap with CET/CEST
Willingness to perform hands-on work and routine administration
Ability to verify AI outputs and flag issues proactively
