About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead daily facility operations
- Inspect workspaces
- Coordinate vendor support
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
- Maintain interior and exterior spaces

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
- Experience in a facilities coordinator or similar role (preferred)
- Familiarity with facility management software (preferred)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards (preferred)
- Experience supervising maintenance staff or porters (preferred)
- Ability to work at heights or around airborne particles and electrical components, depending on the role
- Some roles may require lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
