Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail in administrative tasks
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to represent the company in a polished and courteous manner
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including phones, copiers, and printers
  • Ability to handle and prioritize many types of advanced administrative duties and use independent judgement and initiative
  • 1 year or more of receptionist experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and various departments
  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Knowledge of and adherence to professional etiquette
  • Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and assist in different areas
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities
