About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain and enhance software applications for the POS Software Development team across the full software development lifecycle
Design, implement and test solutions against business and end-user requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
Improve existing applications and support new business requirements
Work on multi-country projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
2–4 years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience in C and C++
Good understanding of Windows Server environments and the software development lifecycle
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop efficient and reusable solutions
Excellent command of Greek and English
Experience in POS, banking or financial transaction processing and knowledge of EMV considered a plus
Basic knowledge of Java considered a plus
