About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure all aspects of the IntelliPen administration system to meet clients’ requirements, including workflows, data maintenance screens, system interfaces, pensioner payroll processing, payroll calculations, data migrations, reports and benefit calculations
  • Meet with clients to gather requirements
  • Communicate with clients throughout software customisation to obtain feedback and approval
  • Customise software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications
  • Educate clients on IntelliPen and customised system features
  • Engage with the training team when required
  • Troubleshoot payroll runs and resolve calculation discrepancies
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to client implementation teams
  • Report to a Team Leader and collaborate with colleagues across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in implementing software systems
  • Experience managing databases using Microsoft SQL Server Management
  • Hands-on experience configuring or developing pensions or financial services software, including pensioner payroll and payroll calculations
  • Adaptable and agile
  • Responsible and reliable professional, with a consultative approach
  • Understanding of business processes and workflows
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes
  • Confidence to adapt and learn new programmes and systems
