Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain relationships with key customer executives, including VPs, Directors, and C-Suite leaders
Collaborate on 3–5 year technology roadmaps and articulate Procore’s impact on customer business KPIs
Align Procore’s value proposition with construction profit and loss, risk management, and capital allocation goals
Represent Procore at regional industry summits, trade events, and customer conferences across Europe
Contribute to white papers, frameworks, and point-of-view content on AI in construction, data interoperability, and digital transformation
Partner with European Sales Leadership and Strategic Account Executives to de-risk and close critical regional deals
Provide technical validation and architectural strategy across the capital program and project lifecycle
Engage senior leaders through compelling industry narratives translating technical concepts to business outcomes
Translate European regional operational requirements into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams
Identify emerging European market trends to inform R&D investment
Recruit and manage strategic European customers as beta/design partners for next-generation product initiatives
Serve as a public voice and thought leader for Procore and the European construction industry
Report to the Chief Experience Officer (Field CXO)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated senior leadership experience in the construction industry, including experience in a director-level role (e.g., Regional Director, Senior Project Executive, Director of Operations, or similar)
Deep understanding of the European construction landscape, including regional market dynamics, regulations, and procurement methods
Strong expertise in construction P&L, risk management, and capital allocation across various project lifecycle stages
Proven track record of evaluating, championing, or implementing enterprise-level construction technology (SaaS, ERP, or similar)
Experience presenting to large groups and distilling complex technical and business concepts into compelling narratives
Ability to connect technology implementation to tangible business outcomes and high-level KPIs
Willingness and ability to travel 25–30%
Operational credibility and digital fluency
Exceptional presentation skills
