About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research property information using online county websites and internal/external tools to ensure data validity
Communicate with customers and construction companies via telephone and email to gather missing project details
Prioritize daily tasks and research requests based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Update construction job information in the proprietary database through precise data entry
Correct data inaccuracies and resolve information gaps in customer-submitted records
Maintain high-volume outbound communication while ensuring construction data is legally compliant
Partner with the team and Customer Success Team members
Report to the Research Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in data entry, research, or customer service
Strong attention to detail and precision in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with a help-first, customer-centric perspective
Analytical mindset and proactive approach to solving complex data puzzles
Technical proficiency and willingness to learn new software, tools, and construction databases
Comfortable with routine tasks and working outside their comfort zone
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Ability to work hybrid during training and remotely afterward
Ability to work immediately
