About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full project lifecycle for complex professional services engagements from kickoff and discovery through final delivery and transition
Facilitate design workshops
Develop comprehensive project documentation, including Gantt schedules, resource allocation models, and Change Management strategies
Partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to execute custom Statements of Work
Act as the delivery expert during pre-sales, assisting Sales and Customer Success with scoping, timeline validation, and handoff to delivery
Maintain a personal billable utilization rate of 60–70%
Manage project margins, billable utilization, scope, and formal change control processes
Serve as the primary escalation and reporting point
Provide transparent updates on milestones, budget burn, and RAID logs to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience leading large-scale, billable services delivery within a SaaS or consulting environment
Proven track record managing projects with budgets exceeding $100k+
Advanced skills in Gantt-based schedules, resource forecasting, and RAID log maintenance
Experience with web/mobile documentation management or construction-tech platforms highly preferred
Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders through data-driven insights
Experience within Construction, Engineering, or Financial SaaS industries is a significant plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
PMP and/or CAPM certification strongly preferred
Ability to travel up to 20–30% for client on-sites and internal strategy sessions
