About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a 10-week summer internship in Human Resources at P&G
- Work on live business HR projects and take the lead on assigned work
- Contribute to areas including Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Equality & Inclusion
- Help shape recruitment strategy, implement benefit programmes, and develop training programmes
- Receive formal training and day-to-day mentoring from a manager
- Work on real business challenges and specific responsibilities from day one
Requirements
What you’ll need- University students graduating in 2027 or 2028; recent graduates also welcome
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Availability for the full internship duration from 5 July 2027 to 10 September 2027
- Own right to work in the UK for the full internship duration without requiring sponsorship from P&G
- Right-to-work permission valid for 5 July 2027 to 10 September 2027 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week
