About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strengthen the organization's visibility and influence through consistent and authentic internal and external communications
  • Drive thought leadership and strategic key messages for mostly internal and some external audiences
  • Contribute to and execute internal and external global communication strategies for leadership and functional organizations
  • Produce speeches, presentations, panel discussions, videos, and media content
  • Create innovative communications that inform and engage a diverse, global employee base
  • Establish and track metrics linking employee communications programs to productivity, satisfaction, and organizational performance
  • Collaborate with senior P&G leaders in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and other functions on communications and events
  • Work as an individual contributor or provide direct supervision, training, and development for entry-level professionals
  • Develop knowledge and skills in self and others to meet current and future job requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field
  • Experience in corporate communications, executive communications, and/or employee communications
  • Superb writing skills, including speechwriting
  • Portfolio of writing samples
  • Experience in communications strategy and planning, narrative creation, storytelling, presentation/content development, event management, and media relations
  • Strong leadership presence, emotional intelligence, integrative thinking, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships internally and externally across geographic and organizational levels and boundaries
  • Digital and social media platform proficiency
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
