About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for implementing punchouts in Procurify’s product
Coordinate with external vendors to obtain credentials, configure integration settings, and validate connectivity
Test connections to ensure data integrity and a seamless user experience before customer release
Add and configure punchouts directly within the product
Communicate with technical and non-technical representatives to resolve credentialing and configuration blockers
Receive and triage integration requests from Customer Success and Sales
Assess technical requirements and prioritize work based on business impact and customer urgency
Act as a Tier-2 technical resource for diagnosing and resolving complex configuration issues
Investigate defects and performance bottlenecks related to punchout workflows
Collaborate with Engineering on issue resolution and architectural improvements
Use Python to implement and test cXML punchout configurations
Create and maintain technical documentation for punchout workflows and vendor-specific configurations
Support KPIs including punchout time-to-value and ticket resolution time (MTTR)

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in technical support, implementation engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role within SaaS
Experience with Python, including reading, debugging, and working within established codebases
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable leading conversations with external vendors and internal stakeholders
Understanding of web technologies and API concepts, including REST and HTTP protocols
Familiarity with cXML or JSON
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work autonomously to resolve configuration and connectivity issues
Empathetic and accountable approach to collaboration
Maintain a professional and current LinkedIn profile and update it upon joining Procurify
Must be located in Canada
Must have Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, an open work permit, a closed work permit, or require sponsorship status disclosed
