Lead department managers, clarify priorities, and allocate workloads
Ensure team coordination and fulfillment of client commitments
Monitor budgets, revenue, and profitability
Analyze variances and make the necessary decisions to adjust resources, organize production, and improve results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac +5)
At least 10 years of professional experience
Including at least 3 years in a comparable leadership role
Experience in civil structures or directly related technical services
Knowledge of the challenges associated with inspections, structural assessments, or third-party construction supervision
Experience managing an operational activity
Demonstrated contribution to the management, profitability, and business development of an activity
Experience as an Agency Director, Activity Manager, Business Unit Director, or experienced Department Manager
Strong interest in business development and the ability to build long-term relationships
Knowledge of public-sector clients in the Paris region and experience with public procurement contracts are considered assets
