About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take responsibility for an agency specializing in electric vehicle charging infrastructure
  • Drive the agency’s commercial development: win new B2B clients, retain and grow existing accounts, and respond to tenders
  • Manage business opportunities from identification through contract negotiation and signing
  • Oversee projects operationally, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage the budget, P&L, profitability, and performance indicators
  • Lead the team and develop employees’ autonomy, skills, and cohesion
  • Provide reporting to senior management
  • Coordinate the group’s various support functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally, at least 5 years of experience managing an agency or operational business in the energy sector
  • Experience in EV charging infrastructure and/or a B2B environment is preferred
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience managing a budget and P&L
  • Experience overseeing a portfolio of projects and business accounts
  • Experience developing a B2B commercial activity
  • Experience monitoring profitability and performance indicators
  • Self-directed, committed, and growth-oriented, with the ability to make decisions and drive the business forward
