About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop commercial activity in the assigned area by identifying new opportunities with B2B clients, growing existing accounts, and participating in tenders
Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through negotiation and deal closure
Ensure the proper delivery of projects in compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and regulatory requirements
Manage the agency’s profitability and monitor performance indicators, the budget, and the P&L
Manage and develop a team by fostering autonomy, skills development, and cohesion
Provide regular reporting to senior management and collaborate with support functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience managing an agency or operational activity in the energy sector, ideally in EV charging infrastructure and a B2B environment
Experience managing a team
Experience managing a budget and P&L
Experience managing a portfolio of projects and business opportunities
Experience in B2B business development
Experience managing profitability and performance indicators
Autonomy and strong decision-making skills
