About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop commercial activity in the region by identifying new opportunities with B2B clients
Grow existing accounts and participate in tender processes
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying opportunities through to negotiating and closing deals
Ensure the successful delivery of projects in compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and regulatory requirements
Manage the branch’s profitability and monitor performance indicators, the budget, and the P&L
Lead and develop a team
Provide regular reporting to senior management
Work closely with support functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience managing a branch or operational activity in the energy sector, ideally in EV charging infrastructure and a B2B environment
Experience managing a team
Experience managing a budget and P&L
Experience overseeing a portfolio of projects and business activities
Experience in B2B business development
Experience managing profitability and performance indicators
Ability to make decisions and work independently
