About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct regular site visits to inspect building condition and identify intervention needs
- Receive, assess, and prioritize technical requests and complaints from clients and occupants
- Organize interventions and manage maintenance companies and multi-technical service providers
- Monitor service quality and compliance with commitments
- Track preventive and corrective maintenance
- Verify that statutory inspections are completed and that reports are available
- Organize technical appointments, expert assessments, and joint inspections
- Request and analyze quotations
- Support minor works from preparation through handover
- Report on the progress of actions to clients and the manager
- Identify sensitive situations and propose appropriate solutions
- Ensure the technical quality of a portfolio of commercial buildings across the Île-de-France region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience in facility management, multi-technical maintenance, technical property management, commercial building operations, multi-site general services, or coordination of technical service providers
- Ability to understand a technical issue, organize its resolution, and verify that it has been resolved
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting client commitments
- Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills
- Self-reliance, organization, availability, and a hands-on approach
- Frequent travel throughout the Île-de-France region
- A valid Category B driving licence is essential
