Requirements

What you’ll need

You have previous direct management experience supervising operational teams and coordinating multiple interventions simultaneously.
Ideally, you have experience in inspection, structural assessment, technical inspection, or a related environment.
Your technical background enables you to understand assignment constraints, expected deliverables, and situations requiring specialized support.
You currently work as a Department Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, or Senior Project Manager with management experience.
Build a reliable organization and adapt it as priorities change.
Support employees with varying levels of experience.
Explain business and financial priorities and translate them into working practices.
Make decisions, monitor their implementation, and measure their impact.
Combine high standards, approachability, and a strong team spirit.
