About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct regular technical inspections across various sites
- Identify anomalies, intervention requirements, and potential risks
- Prepare inspection reports, define required actions, and monitor their completion
- Communicate with occupants regarding technical matters and their obligations
- Collect, verify, and monitor regulatory reports and technical documentation
- Coordinate maintenance contractors and verify the proper execution of their work
- Participate in expert assessments, diagnostics, and technical meetings
- Keep dashboards up to date and promptly raise alerts in the event of difficulties
- Support requests for cost estimates, consult contractors, and compare their proposals
- Coordinate interventions and monitor works through completion, handover, and resolution of outstanding items
- Provide operational oversight of a portfolio of commercial buildings in the Île-de-France region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree equivalent to two or three years of higher education in real estate, construction, maintenance, or technical engineering
- At least three years of experience in technical property management
- Knowledge of commercial buildings and matters relating to their maintenance, safety, and regulatory inspections
- Experience in a multi-site environment is particularly relevant
- Ability to read technical reports, identify priority actions, manage contractors, and follow multiple cases through to resolution
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and responsive
- A valid Category B driving licence is essential for frequent travel throughout the Île-de-France region
