About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise the integration of new partner networks and ensure the smooth operation of roaming exchanges
Coordinate technical and operational stakeholders to ensure the implementation of partnerships
Ensure the quality and accuracy of user-facing data, including charging point locations, real-time availability, pricing, and charging power
Identify recurring issues and coordinate their resolution
Track performance indicators related to roaming activities
Review and validate inter-operator billing for inbound roaming agreements
Participate in analyzing the profitability of outbound roaming flows
Identify technical, operational, and economic improvement opportunities
Establish regular reporting for senior management
Improve service quality in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Identify user difficulties and propose corrective actions
Identify relevant CPOs and charging networks
Contribute to developing relationships with operators and roaming platforms
Support commercial discussions and tariff and contract negotiations
Gradually assume responsibility for monitoring and developing roaming agreements
Monitor the market, offers, pricing practices, and geographic coverage
Gradually manage roaming activities across technical, economic, and commercial dimensions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education degree, ideally in a technical or engineering discipline
Experience in the EV charging infrastructure sector
Strong knowledge of issues related to roaming and interoperability between charging networks
Knowledge of the EV charging ecosystem and its various stakeholders, including CPOs, eMSPs, and roaming platforms
Strong technical understanding of roaming
Comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
Highly organized and self-directed
Eager to develop commercial and contractual expertise
Curious with strong analytical skills
Motivated to learn and progress
