About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver financial plans and advice to clients in line with Progeny's regulatory standards and requirements
- Provide a high level of service and ensure client reviews are completed in line with the service proposition
- Continue developing client-facing skills and identify opportunities to generate new business and support growth
- Complete Continuous Professional Development to meet regulatory and personal development requirements
- Work towards agreed KPIs relating to quality, compliance standards and advice revenue expectations
- Develop appropriate technical expertise, market awareness and professional standards
- Complete a structured 12-month development programme through in-person workshops, webinars and digital learning
- Work with an assigned mentor and colleagues and trainers on practical learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum CII R01 and R05 exams passed prior to joining the Progeny Planner Academy
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times, including integrity, ethical conduct, respect for others and a professional approach to work and colleagues
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships and operate within established guidelines
- Demonstrate drive, commitment and a proactive approach to self-development
