About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, internal checklists, system setup, equipment, and access coordination.
Support employee lifecycle changes such as contract updates, role or manager changes, relocations, and other administrative updates.
Support the day-to-day administration of People tools, including Deel, 15Five, ZenAdmin, ClickUp, and other company platforms.
Work closely with People and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a smooth handover from candidate to new joiner.
Support coordination of company events, All-Hands meetings, offsites, learning initiatives, and other employee programs.
Participate in the interview process, including an initial screen, technical interview, take-home assessment, and final panel.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, recruitment coordination, business operations, administration, or a similar role.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Experience with HRIS platforms.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following up with different stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Confidence working with spreadsheets, systems, and digital tools.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote, and international environment.
Genuine interest in developing a career in People Operations.
Strong written communication and ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment.
Comfort with ownership, transparency, and a results-driven mindset.
