About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Purchasing Power at the executive level with clients and brokers
- Provide strategic and consultative leadership resulting in account profitability
- Implement, maintain, and expand account relationships; collaborate with Executive Sponsors to develop short- and long-term account plans
- Meet target financial goals for each assigned account, including demand, revenue, and EBITDA
- Optimize and manage business relationships with brokers
- Partner with Sales Managers and Operations leadership to develop business plans and pre-sales opportunities
- Educate broker and client partners on program awareness and ongoing communication
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow assigned accounts, including creative marketing opportunities
- Identify industry-specific trends impacting clients
- Ensure account contract terms are adhered to and account needs are addressed
- Recommend solutions and improvements while monitoring account profitability and losses
- Manage communications for new client launches and oversee delivery of project components with internal, third-party, and client stakeholders
- Assist Client Success with executing new processes and policies and keeping client/broker relationships informed of changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a general area of study
- 7–10 years of sales and/or account management related experience
- Demonstrated strategic broker and client management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Tableau and Salesforce a plus
- Technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
- Project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and build strategic relationships with cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to learning as roles and workflows evolve
