About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own multiple product capabilities end to end, from problem definition and discovery through delivery, launch, and ongoing iteration
  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics in partnership with product leadership, Engineering, and Design
  • Translate ambiguous business and user problems into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Product Designers on user research, journey mapping, and solution validation
  • Work with Engineering to prioritize the backlog, unblock delivery, and make trade-off decisions
  • Coordinate with Sales, Member Experience, Finance, and Legal to align product decisions with operational and business realities
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and retrospectives
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and drive iteration based on data and user feedback
  • Communicate progress, decisions, and rationale clearly and proactively
  • Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Report to the Senior Director of Global Product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 6+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Track record of owning a product area or capability end to end, from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Highly organized and self-driven; comfortable making progress without close direction
  • Clear, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong experience partnering with Design and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Comfortable introducing and shaping best practices while balancing the current organizational context
  • AI-forward mindset
  • Ruthless prioritization
  • Consistent, clear verbal and written communication with stakeholders in English
  • Comfortable defining and tracking success metrics and using data to inform product decisions
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change in a fast-moving, scaling environment
  • Nice to have: experience owning workflow-heavy or process-driven capabilities, for example in fintech, insurance, or healthtech
  • Nice to have: familiarity with healthcare, wellbeing, or HR technology products
  • Nice to have: experience working in international teams
