About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as a Full Stack Developer with a Java back end, delivering end-to-end functionality—from the database to the API and from the API to the client layer
Develop and enhance REST APIs in Java with Spring Boot
Design PostgreSQL databases, including migrations, native queries, and SQL functions
Support the web front end and mobile application
Build and enhance web interfaces with React and TypeScript, consuming APIs
Develop mobile features with Flutter and Dart for offline-first scenarios, resource-constrained devices, and real-time data
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across all layers
Create unit, component, integration, and E2E tests
Participate in technical decisions involving architecture, design, and trade-offs
Conduct code reviews
Fix production bugs
Use AI as the primary development tool
Contribute to the evolution of the product and the company’s internal AI tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full Stack profile with Java as a prerequisite and hands-on experience with at least one of the following stacks: React or Flutter
Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, including REST API design, endpoint versioning, pagination, filtering, and standardized error handling
Experience with PostgreSQL, including relational modeling, Flyway migrations, and native queries
Experience with automated testing: JUnit and Mockito
Knowledge of Maven and API documentation
React and TypeScript, including advanced Hooks, React Query, Axios, state management, React Hook Form, validation with Zod/Yup, and testing with Vitest, Playwright, and MSW; or Flutter and Dart, including MVVM architecture with the Repository Pattern, REST API consumption, and local Sqflite/Hive databases
Knowledge of Tailwind, Radix/Shadcn UI libraries, componentization, and design systems
Knowledge of offline-first architecture with synchronization, design systems, and dependency injection
Solid experience with Git, preferably GitFlow
Ability to debug and solve problems independently
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools
Strong communication skills for working in multidisciplinary squads
Nice to have: experience with all three stacks, microservices in production, Docker, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, high-scale systems, observability, advanced PostgreSQL, MyBatis, PDF generation, internationalization, native Flutter features, app publishing, feature flags, and AI-assisted development
