About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and lead Prologis’s Investment Analyst Program (IAP)
  • Allocate analyst resources across transactions, developments, and strategic initiatives
  • Balance staffing needs across teams and geographies while supporting business priorities and individual development goals
  • Maintain a dynamic view of the investment pipeline and flex resources as priorities evolve
  • Mentor and coach analysts through technical training, career guidance, and exposure to opportunities
  • Connect analysts with Real Estate Investment, Operations, and corporate functions to broaden skills and career pathways
  • Expand rotations, cross-functional projects, and market-facing experiences
  • Design and implement learning experiences, development programs, and career pathways
  • Partner with investment leaders to develop and standardize analytical frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Elevate technical training through bootcamps and standards in financial analysis, underwriting, and investment committee preparation
  • Equip teams with market insights, data tools, technology solutions, and methodologies
  • Support deal activity and strategic initiatives from a regional or global perspective
  • Elevate the Investment Analyst Program’s external visibility
  • Recruit and hire analyst talent with Talent Acquisition
  • Build relationships with leading universities and early-talent incubators
  • Position Prologis as an employer of choice for early-career talent

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, investment management, real estate, financial services, learning & development, program management, workforce planning, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to understand financial concepts, investment processes, and business drivers
  • Experience leading talent, learning, rotational, analyst, or early-career development programs
  • Experience designing and implementing staffing, capability-building, or learning strategies across diverse global stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance execution demands with people development
  • Track record of managing complexity, prioritizing effectively, and exercising sound judgment
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Preferred: experience leading analyst, associate, rotational, leadership development, or early-career programs in a corporate, consulting, financial services, or real estate environment
  • Preferred: experience in real estate, investment management, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or related industries
  • Preferred: familiarity with financial modeling, underwriting, Excel, ARGUS, or other analytical and AI-enabled tools used in investment decision-making
  • Willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools
