About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and sales support for aftermarket products, services, parts, and equipment
  • Serve as a key customer contact and manage quotations, orders, inquiries, and sales processes
  • Identify key contacts within customer facilities and maintain high-profile customer relationships
  • Interface with Materials, Engineering, Service, operations, purchasing, logistics, vendors, and other ProMach companies
  • Prepare and process quotations for aftermarket parts, services, repairs, and maintenance agreements
  • Determine customer needs, monitor order status, and proactively communicate updates
  • Provide accurate part pricing quotations and order confirmations
  • Identify and promote cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Follow up on open quotes and convert quotations into sales
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, sales information, and price records
  • Liaise with Accounts Receivable to resolve past-due invoices
  • Resolve issues involving orders, deliveries, invoicing, product availability, and warranty administration
  • Purchase and supply parts to end users through outside vendors
  • Manage multiple priorities, review customer orders, and provide order status and part-number information
  • Develop spare-part packages for new systems and recommend customer stock levels
  • Assist with departmental operations, special projects, and other assigned duties
  • Support revenue growth and long-term customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, sales administration, or aftermarket support experience preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automotive, heavy equipment, or related industries is a plus
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Syteline and Salesforce preferred
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of automated packaging equipment preferred
