About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide care to companies in the service area
  • Service the health needs of ProMedica employees
  • Provide outpatient/ambulatory services
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses
  • Manage chronic conditions and long-term disease management
  • Promote health and wellness
  • See approximately 12–15 patients per day
  • Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Provide coverage across Monroe, Toledo, and Fremont
  • Join a team of two physicians and five advanced practice providers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants
  • State licensure(s) required in the state(s) where the Nurse Practitioner will work
  • Certificate of Authority to practice
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification
  • Certification(s) applicable to the role
  • Urgent Care and/or Emergency Care experience highly preferred
