About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, volunteers and visitors at ProMedica
- Organize and coordinate Security operations at various ProMedica campuses
- Plan and maintain a protective and preventive security system
- Coordinate visitor control and access procedures
- Develop and present the employee safety session at new employee general orientation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Working knowledge of access control, video monitoring, visitor management and parking operations
- 5 years management experience in the security field
- Valid Driver’s License and compliance with the driving criteria in risk management policy 125.43
- I.A.H.S.S. Supervisor Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire
