About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop learning solutions for life sciences clients and internal projects, including live training, workshops, virtual training, eLearning, and media
Create, update, and maintain presentations, workflow diagrams, run-of-show agendas, storyboards, and scripts
Build eLearning content using gomo learning or Articulate Rise and Storyline
Contribute to design ideation and provide basic internal consulting on learning solution options
Manage multiple tasks, track project status, and work independently or as part of a small team
Collaborate with colleagues from pharma, life sciences, project management, design, technology, and business development
Manage and archive project files across varied formats

Requirements

What you’ll need

Design experience creating resources for live training, workshops, virtual training, eLearning, and media
Ability to write and edit scripts and storyboards for different types of learning solutions
Experience with gomo learning and/or Articulate Rise/Storyline
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Comfort working with graphics and media files (mp3, mp4, jpeg, png)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Background in teaching, facilitating, training, or instruction (preferred)
Experience supporting life sciences or pharmaceutical clients (preferred)
