About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a post-go-live optimization project at a large, multi-entity health system following a recent Epic implementation
Diagnose billing or claim-edit issues at the source within the Epic build
Correct upstream workflow, build/configuration, and data-quality issues
Help reduce outstanding inventory
Work closely with the track leader on the highest-impact areas
Perform charge capture analysis, revenue capture, and revenue integrity work across all three tracks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Epic PB and/or HB certifications
3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
Strong charge capture analysis, revenue capture, and revenue integrity skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must not be currently under a non-compete agreement or have an arrangement precluding employment at Prominence
