About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Epic-related consulting and advisory services
- Implement and optimize EMR workflows and data capture
- Mentor customers and develop their analyst skills
- Analyze operational and business requirements and translate them into system configuration
- Create build documentation and workflow diagrams
- Track and resolve project risks and issues
- Lead meetings and coordinate ongoing work products
- Report transparently on project status and deliverables
- Develop knowledge-transfer documentation for customer teams
- Perform additional duties required to successfully deliver projects
- Participate in corporate functions, events, and meetings as invited
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Certification(s): Resolute Professional Billing
- 5+ years of experience as an Epic analyst or project manager
- Epic implementation and optimization experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects remotely
- Ability to implement and optimize EMR workflows and data capture
- Ability to analyze operational and business requirements and translate them into system configuration
- Ability to create build documentation and workflow diagrams
- Ability to track and resolve project risks and issues
- Ability to transparently report on project status and deliverables
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
