About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, configure, and maintain Epic Grand Central and Prelude, focusing on Charge RTE workflows
  • Analyze and implement new build requests from business owners and operational stakeholders
  • Identify and deliver optimizations to registration, ADT, and eligibility workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incident and service request tickets within agreed service levels
  • Provide input and build support for health-system integration projects
  • Design, build, and test new functionality, including unit and integrated testing and documentation
  • Support Epic upgrades through impact review, build, testing, and validation
  • Provide go-live support, including at-the-elbow and command center coverage
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed
  • Partner with business owners, Epic, and IS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions
  • Follow organizational policies, change control, and documentation standards
  • Mentor and grow customer teams, escalate issues, and guide projects to successful outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Epic Grand Central certification
  • Current Epic Prelude certification
  • At least 4 years of experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst
  • Hands-on build experience across tickets, projects, upgrades, and go-lives
  • Experience with Charge RTE build and payer eligibility workflows
  • Experience supporting integration projects in a multi-hospital health system
  • Strong communication skills with clinical, revenue cycle, and technical stakeholders
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
