About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the product’s billing offerings
Respond to customer inquiries through the single-channel support system
Provide ongoing customer support through the help desk platform
Develop and update internal and external knowledge bases
Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by resolving inquiries and exceeding expectations
Establish processes and workflows to improve support-team efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve product and service features
Assist in prioritizing billing tickets by quantifying needs, features, and value points
Share user feedback with Product and help translate it into valuable features
Support Enterprise Billing Success Managers during client calls
Track and follow up on product bugs and enhancements
Assist with ticket triage and document new tickets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Rehab Clinician, such as SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or PTA
Highly analytical mindset and superior ability to troubleshoot/test software use cases and issues
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to use available resources to learn quickly and autonomously
Experience thriving in dynamic work settings requiring adaptability and efficiency
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, occasionally beyond standard hours
Highly proficient in MS Excel
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
No prior billing experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
Prior startup and/or B2B SaaS technology organization experience preferred
Experience in clinical development or medical billing operations preferred
1–3 years of Support or CX Team experience preferred
Experience handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines preferred
Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software preferred
Knowledge of e-clinical systems and technologies (e.g. EMR, RTM, HEP, CRM, HIEs) preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be physically located in the United States
