About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own an assigned territory and become the subject-matter expert on operational requirements, including regional licensing and coverage rules
  • Match every job in the territory to a process server quickly and manage dispatch requests to meet SLA targets
  • Call, text, and email independent contractor process servers professionally
  • Build relationships with servers and find solutions that work for both sides of the marketplace
  • Handle client conversations by phone and email
  • Negotiate fair pricing for servers and the business
  • Document client and server communications and job decisions
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and share pricing and network gaps with the broader team
  • Support teammates in solving problems
  • Use data and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and improve decisions and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in dispatch, logistics, operations, customer service, or related
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls every day
  • Experience or natural ability building trust-based relationships, especially with independent contractors or other partners
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with frequent change
  • Proficiency in MacOS and Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Able to embrace new technology and new procedures quickly
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations preferred
  • Experience on a marketplace or gig economy platform preferred
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools for self-serve analytics preferred
