About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive adoption and revenue growth by analyzing enterprise client requirements, providing specialized consultation, and designing customized legal service solutions aligned with client needs
Project manage end-to-end delivery of custom service solutions from initial concept through execution and final transition to client service teams
Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal operational capabilities
Guide clients on technical integration, including data integration, case management systems, API utilization, and third-party legal technology solutions
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on rules of civil procedure related to service of process, emphasizing jurisdictional and litigation-type variations
Contribute to development and enhancement of legal services and technology offerings with product and service teams
Work cross-functionally with sales, client service, and product teams to deliver client-specific solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in the United States
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Commercial Leader, or in an occupation involving project management for custom service solutions
7 years of professional experience collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to design and implement technical or service-based solutions
7 years of professional experience working with two-sided marketplace platforms, including designing or implementing solutions tailored to platform dynamics and user interactions
7 years of professional experience applying advanced problem-solving skills to analyze complex client requirements and translate them into actionable technical or service-oriented solutions
7 years of professional experience project managing large, multi-party, complex custom implementations for customers
5 years of professional experience ensuring compliance within legal services or similarly regulated industries
5 years of professional experience performing data integration, case management system implementation, API development, and integration with third-party customer proprietary systems
