About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, implement, and manage robust cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure
Design and build Kubernetes-based infrastructure and applications, including custom operators and Helm applications
Develop and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment
Partner with development and operations teams to ensure production applications are performant, scalable, and reliable
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management systems
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, networking, deployments, and application runtime
Enhance DevOps workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and accelerate delivery
Champion security best practices and compliance with organizational and industry standards
Mentor junior engineers and elevate the DevOps culture
Innovate and improve system and operational design beyond standard operational tasks
Participate in an on-call rotation, respond to production incidents, and contribute to post-incident reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
Proven track record of building and supporting production-grade systems
Deep expertise in AWS or Azure and familiarity with EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and related services
Advanced experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including developing Kubernetes Operators
Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/CloudBees, GitLab CI/CD, Harness, or CircleCI
Hands-on experience automating deployment workflows
Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Crossplane
Experience with observability tools such as Coralogix, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams in a collaborative, agile environment
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication in both languages
