About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and maintain artwork files within the client’s artwork management system
  • Upload, organize, track, tag, categorize, and archive artwork assets throughout the project lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot artwork-related issues within the DAM system
  • Provide workflow-system training and support to internal and external teams
  • Enforce client-specific style guides and brand guidelines
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and SGX
  • Communicate project requirements, timelines, and feedback to stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and deadlines
  • Coordinate artwork approvals and revisions
  • Resolve issues during the artwork production process
  • Provide regular project status updates
  • Organize and lead client meetings and presentations
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
  • Track progress using project management tools
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Ensure packaging layouts align with brand guidelines
  • Maintain repositories of client nuances, brand assets, and standard processes
  • Conduct daily system reviews and verify technical specifications and supplied data
  • Ensure order entries are complete before production begins
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow efficiency
  • Maintain CRM data and provide weekly status reports
  • Support audits, manufacturer reviews, and distribution tracking
  • Monitor pricing matrices and CRM workflow adjustments
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of artwork production processes and workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Experience in packaging, printing, or life sciences industries preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Skilled in redlining with exceptional attention to detail preferred
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred
  • Fluency in other EMEA languages is a plus, not essential
