About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner through customer adoption, expansion, and renewal
  • Drive customer engagement and effective use of Propeller’s platform and tools, including platform workflows, 3D mapping, GIS integrations, site and stockpile measurements, progress reporting, mobile app use cases, and DirtMate adoption
  • Educate customers on new features, under-utilized tools, and product updates
  • Lead product roadmap reviews with customers to align goals, demonstrate value, and identify partnership opportunities
  • Advise customers on industry and product applications and translate data into business outcomes
  • Maintain customer adoption, satisfaction, ROI, and 90%+ gross revenue retention across the portfolio
  • Identify risks and mitigate churn and contraction using data-driven insights
  • Track customer health, including logins, uploads, feature usage, and license entitlements
  • Own renewals, expansions, upsells, and net expansion opportunities
  • Identify, develop, and close commercial opportunities with channel partners and dealers
  • Negotiate renewals and contract terms and communicate pricing changes and new offerings
  • Build strategic relationships with decision-makers
  • Track customer activities, risks, and opportunities in Gainsight
  • Lead customer business reviews demonstrating value, ROI, and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to represent customer needs and improve the product experience
  • Support team goals, process improvements, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to build compelling, ROI-driven business cases and align technology solutions with customer goals in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to act as a trusted thought partner, helping customers maximize value while identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Experience managing a portfolio of customers, driving adoption, preventing churn, and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Technically curious and comfortable learning and applying new tools or platforms
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, data-driven approach to identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for customer growth
  • Experience in GIS, mapping, construction technology, or drone surveying is a bonus
  • Knowledge of UAVs, GPS surveying, photogrammetry, machine control, or visualization platforms is a bonus
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Gainsight and/or HubSpot is a bonus
  • Hybrid schedule: two days per week in the office; four days per week in-office during onboarding
