About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, design, and maintain media features across backend, frontend, and mobile
- Own and improve the existing 360 walkthrough functionality
- Integrate new media types and hardware by working from camera and device specifications
- Help deliver video upload, background processing, transcoding, streaming, and playback
- Work across the Ground Capture group on shared product goals and future drone and dock integrations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years experience working across the full stack
- Confidence moving between different parts of a technical pipeline
- Ability to read technical or hardware specifications and turn them into practical integrations
- Strong communication, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort learning unfamiliar systems and taking ownership of ambiguous problems
- Understanding of media formats, codecs, transcoding, or streaming is a bonus
- Experience with asynchronous or background task processing is a bonus
