About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver high-quality remote support for technical issues, managing inbound cases from initial contact through resolution or escalation
  • Build proficiency in drone survey methodology and ground control points, including diagnosing data-capture and photogrammetry issues
  • Help customers navigate the Propeller platform, including file uploads, basic data discrepancies, and site settings
  • Work with Customer Success Managers and senior engineers to understand the customer lifecycle and how hardware and software work together
  • Help maintain the knowledge base by documenting solutions and common customer how-to questions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Entry-level role for a technically-minded problem solver
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in hardware or software environments
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Experience working remotely while maintaining high productivity levels and engagement
  • Ability to explain “how-to” steps clearly to users who may not be tech-savvy
  • 0–2 years of experience in a highly technical customer-facing role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and learning new technologies quickly
  • Data-driven with a bias toward action
  • Hospitality mindset when working with customers, including ownership, empathy, and going above and beyond
  • Personal experience with GPS technologies or photogrammetry is a bonus
  • Experience in GIS, surveying, or construction technology is a bonus
  • Knowledge of construction, mining, or landfill industries is a bonus
  • Prior experience using Zendesk or another support ticketing platform is a bonus
