About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Formulate recommendations for paid search campaigns, SEO, and ecommerce opportunities
  • Plan and execute paid search strategies, including Display and Remarketing, SEO, and Direct channels
  • Build multilingual SEM campaigns, including keywords, ad copy, and ad extensions
  • Execute promotions for paid search campaigns
  • Collect and manage data from clients and third parties and reevaluate the data used
  • Manage web analytics related to ecommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners
  • Ensure ecommerce initiatives are implemented across different channels
  • Execute experiments in collaboration with Client Managers
  • Work with Content Managers to enhance, translate, and define communication strategies through paid search and performance online marketing initiatives
  • Research and analyze digital marketing topics and challenges
  • Support development of tools and products to automate, enhance, and scale paid search activities
  • Serve as digital marketing consultant and product expert in on-site customer training initiatives
  • Monitor current events, media trends, and target-market industry trends affecting the business
  • Align strategies and activities with clients' business objectives, including load factor, yield, route market share, cost of sales, and revenue targets
  • Shift activities toward deeper analysis while streamlining tactical work
  • Contribute to new product development, process automation, and process improvement
  • Pursue new knowledge through experiments, research, and conference attendance, and identify new data sources to enhance performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Understanding of and interest in the digital/online market

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with new software tools and technology
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
  • Solid understanding of how search engines work
  • Quantitative and/or marketing background, such as finance, accounting, mathematics, physics, engineering, or computer science
  • Advanced English skills required
  • Experience in SEM and SEO
  • Experience with paid search campaigns
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and Google Data Studio
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, Advanced Web Ranking, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush
  • Experience auditing websites for SEO
  • Experience with SA360 and DV360
  • Python for data analysis
